STANDARDCORRUGATEDPAINTEDLEAD WOOLPATINATION OIL
It’s bright-rolled lead sheet. Due to its easy cold workability and long lifetime, it’s the ideal material for connections and terminations in the entire roof area. However, this long-life and easily mouldable material is also superb for making roofs and walls. When it comes into contact with the atmosphere, the bright-rolled surface develops a matt-grey patina. it fits harmoniously together with other materials. Tested quality with the RAL quality mark: it fulfils the strict requirements of the RAL Saturnblei quality mark. This quality mark represents a consistently and neutrally monitored high level of quality. It not only represents testing of the superb mechanical and chemical properties of the material, but also the recycling proportion of 100 percent.The standard product is supplied in rolls. On request it’s cut to size as specified by the customer, for example for facades and roofs.

Advantages at a glance :
• UV-resistant, waterproof, rot-resistant and unbreakable;
• Easy cold workability;
• Can be fixed without adhesive due to high inherent weight;
• The matt-grey patina fits harmoniously with other construction materials;
• Particularly durable product;
• Diverse range of products for delivery with almost unlimited storage possibilities;
• Material has proven its worth over centuries;

Corrugated is "pleated" bright-rolled lead sheet. The material is used on eaves-side connections of roof penetrations on roofing stones and tiles. The finely structured corrugated profile makes it easier to attach it to the appropriate roof cladding. Whether a connection for roof windows, dormers or solar collectors, the material corrugated is particularly easy to lay and can seal the roof corrugated pattern perfectly. The material is also particularly durable and 100 % recyclable. The material corrugated is available in rolls and standard thicknesses from 0,50 mm up to 1,32 mm. On request, it can also product panelling according to customer's requirements. The material is also available in designs with "continuous prefabricated bending lines" and "1/3 smooth surface". Tested quality with the RAL quality mark: corrugated fulfils the strict requirements of the RAL Saturnblei quality mark. This quality mark represents a consistently and neutrally monitored high level of quality. It not only represents testing of the superb mechanical and chemical properties of the material, but also the recycling proportion of 100 percent.

Advantages at a glance:
• UV-resistant, water tight, rot-resistant and unbreakable
• Can be easily moulded
• High wind suction resistance
• Can be fixed without adhesives due to high inherent weight
• Particularly durable product
• 100 % recyclable

It’s a colour-coated lead sheet. The weather-resistant colour coating is UV and corrosion-resistant, and allows you to choose a colour matching the respective roof landscape. This material can be delivered in uni or bi-colour. The standard colours are dark brown, black-grey and brick red. Laying: This soft material is easy to mould and particularly durable. It is laid without using adhesives, and in practically any weather according to the technical regulations issued by the Gütegemeinschaft Saturnblei e.V. for the processing of lead in the construction industry.

Advantages at a glance:
• Bi-coloured, coated surface;
• Colour can be selected to match roof cladding;
• Flexibly mouldable;
• High wind suction resistance;
• Extremely good recycling capabilities.

Lead wool is frequently used to secure lead sheeting connections in masonry joints. This material has a greater plasticity than mortar and can adjust better to movement. Lead wool has proven itself to be a reliable and above all maintenance-free joint-filling material. It also has an almost unlimited lifetime. Processing: Lead wool is continuously caulked in layers. The amount required is dependent on the joint size and the working conditions at the place of operation. The target density is up to 11.0 kg/dm³. After laying, the material forms a homogeneous barrier layer, thereby providing reliable insulation against damp. The result is a discreet and smooth metal joint which can satisfy even high aesthetic standards. In the field of radiation protection, lead wool is used to seal masonry apertures for pipes or to shield against radiation at points which are hard to access.

Advantages at a glance:
• A traditional product;
• Almost unlimited lifetime;
• Easy to process;
• Universal sealing material.

Technical data:
• Alloy Pb 99,9
• Fibre cross-section Approx. 1.4 x 0.15 mm
• Strand length Approx. 1.00 - 1.20 m
• Twisted into ropes approx. 1 kg
• Consumption: Up to 11.0 kg/dm³

Patination Oil protects bright-rolled lead sheet against the formation of streaks, and ensures a uniform surface look. After laying lead sheet, it may react to rainwater during the initial weeks. White lead is formed on the blank metal surface, which becomes visible in the form of unattractive streaks on the covering materials positioned below. Patination Oil is used to counteract this effect, and supports the formation of the natural silver-grey patina. It adheres firmly and is almost insoluble. Patination Oil is especially adapted for lead sheet, and therefore ensures particularly reliable and rapid protection. Processing: Patination Oil is sold in 1 litre plastic bottles. The precise dosage of up to 25 ml is a characteristic of the packaging. The bottles must be well-shaken before use. Patination Oil is evenly and sparingly applied to clean and dry lead sheet surfaces using a cotton cloth. Depending on the weather, the oil will dry in approximately 1 hour. After this time, the lead is already protected against humidity and streak formation. An area of 60 m² can be treated with 1 litre of oil.

Advantages at a glance:
• No streaks, no white lead
• Supports the formation of a natural patina
• Extremely economical
• Practical dosage bottle
• Easy and quick processing
